Fundamental make up principle: Keep vibrant colour predominately to the lower eyelids and build / layer the chosen shade to achieve the intensity of colour you want.
When wearing colour on the eyes they become the focus of your face. Balance the cheeks with a hint of sheer pink blush and the lips with a nude shade or clear gloss.
PRO Tip #1:
Use a smaller eyeshadow brush (Eyeshadow Brush #08) when using vibrant colours. Make sure to tap the excess product off before applying so you can 'press' the product onto your lids. Adding deeper Matte Shadow shades to the corners of the eyes will frame and add mood when you use Powder Pigment.

Frame the colour by using PROOF Cosmetics Density Liner for maximum impact using PROOF Cosmetics Brush #19a.
